On March 5th, Keysight Technologies launched the InfiniiVision 2000X Oscilloscope with a radical software upgrade that significantly improves performance and adds a number of useful features. And more, despite the significant increase of the value of the new oscilloscope version, there is no increase in their price. Keysight InfiniiVision 2000X Oscilloscopes ordered after March 5, 2018 have allready all the new features implemented, the pieces purchased before that date can be easily upgraded by the DSOX2PLUS bundle.

Under the new software upgrade, each user gets:

• Update rate  200.000 wfm/s (previously 50.000 wfm/s)
• Standard memory depth 1 Mpts/channel (previously 100 kpts)
• Segmented memory
• Enhanced trigger options Edge then Edge, Runt, Setup and Hold, Rise/Fall Time, Nth Edge Burst and Or triggers
• Advanced math functions Ax + B, Square, Absolute Value, Log, Log(e), Exponential, Exp(10), LPF, HPF, Magnify, Measurement Trend, Logic Bus Chart
