InfiniiVision PXIe Modular Oscilloscopes

For many modular users oscilloscope means to use digitizer hardware with software that simulates an oscilloscope. The limitations of this configuration are often overlooked, but they can cause signification problems. Therefor Keysight Technologies took its proven measurement hardware of InfiniiVision oscilloscopes and integrated it into the PXIe card format to deliver real modular based oscilloscope.

The InfiniiVision M924xA Series redefines PXIe modular oscilloscopes. It gives you the most signal detail and is built with technology that leverages decades of Keysight’s high-performance oscilloscope expertise including Keysight MegaZoom IV smart memory ASICs.

The new Keysight PXIe InfiniiVision oscilloscopes provide 200 MHz, 500 MHz or 1 GHz bandwidths, advanced triggering enables capture and analysis of complex signals, visual triggers (zone touch and mask) make trigger and capture of signal errors quick and easy. Serial protocol analysis and triggering are available for most common protocols (RS232/UART, I2C, CAN, LIN, SENT, CXPI, MIL-STD 1553 and ARINC 429), automated FFT and waveform math extend analysis to match your needs.

These new modular instruments have also AutoProbe support for most Keysight probes: current, differential and single-ended active probes. Same as other InfiniiVision oscilloscopes, the M924xA Series units also include embedded 20 MHz function/arb generator (optional extension).
