New Keysight InfiniiVision 4000G oscilloscopes

Keysight Technologies has introduced the next evolution of its DSOX4000 series of digital oscilloscopes. The new "G" generation brings users not only maximum performance, but also many important features included as standard. Users can choose from models with frequency ranges from 200 MHz to 1.5 GHz. Of course, the MegaZoom IV fast acquisition memory technology and a measurement speed of 1,000,000 waveforms/second without any limitations in different measurement modes are available. Even the smallest details of the measured signals are displayed on the 12.1" capacitive touch screen. The following features are now delivered as a standard:

• Zone trigger with hardware acceleration
• 2 channel 20 MHz function/arbitrary generator
• Frequency response analyzsis (Bode plot)
• 8-digit hardware counter with
• Decoding of I2C, SPI, UART, (RS232/422/485), I2S, USB-PD serial busses + more included in software bundles
• Hardware accelerated mask tests
• Histograms
• Advanced math including  FFT
