Keysight InfiniiVision scopes in compact USB module format

Popular Keysight InfiniiVision scopes are now also available as compact USB 3.0 modules.

Modules with two input channels are produced with 200 MHz, 500 MHz and 1 GHz frequency range. Technical parameters and functions are equal to benchtop models – 5 GSa/s sampling rate, 4 mil. points memory, waveform update rate 1.000.000 traces / sec, hardware zone trigger and hw accelerated decoding of serial buses. Optionally it is possible to add internal 20 MHz frequency / arb generator. PC software user interface is fully compatible with  user environment on benchtop InfiniiVision scopes.
