New high-current sensors for Keysight CX3300 current waveform analyzer

Keysight Technologies introduced new high-current sensors designed for the unique Keysight CX3300 current waveform analyzer.

Thanks to the new CX1104A and CX1105A sensors, it is now possible to accurately characterize even the fastest current waveforms up to 15A with bandwidth up to 20MHz (with CX1104A sensor) or even 100A with bandwidth up to 100MHz (with CX1105A sensor). Therefore, it is now possible to use the CX3300 in areas such as automotive electronics or the characterization of power semiconductor devices.
