New Keysight Infiniium EXR-Series mixed signal oscilloscope

Keysight Technologies introduced the new Infiniium EXR-Series scope family which brings unique test capabilities to broad group of electronic engineers and designers. EXR scopes are available with 4 or 8 analog input channels from 500 MHz to 2,5 GHz with 16 independent digital channels. Each analog channel is equipped with 10-bit 16 GSa/s A/D converter. 15,6-inch high definition touchscreen display is complemented by the ability to duplicate or extend the scope’s screen to another monitor, improving overal productivity. A built-in Fault Hunter feature automatically analyzes the normal signal and initiates advanced triggers to find rare or random signal faults.
