New pulse generators AimTTi TGP3100

The Aim-TTi company introduced a new family of pulse generators , AimTTi TGP3100, that in addition to generating pulses and pulse sequences (patterns) can be used also as a functional (16 types of built-in waveforms) and arbitrary function generators. The new family of devices includes 4 models with a maximum frequency of 50 MHz or 25 MHz and one or two channels. Minimum adjustable length of rise and fall time is 5 ns (resp. 8 ns at 25 MHz models), while the length of the rising and falling edge can be set separately. Generators TGP3100 allows generating of single pulses, defined pulse sequences (pattern) or a pseudo-random bit sequences (PRBS). Pulse width, period and delay can be set with a resolution of 100 ps. Excellent is also the size of generated signal amplitude, which can be up to 20 V peak-peak. Generators are equipped with USB and LAN (LXI compatible), or optionally also GPIB interface can be added.
