Rigol DS9000 oscilloscopes

RIGOL DS9000 is a new family of high-performance digital oscilloscopes designed to provide up to 6 GHz bandwidth across 4 analog channels. Based on RIGOL's self-developed platform, it ensures excellent signal fidelity and a low noise floor. It features a large 10.1" HD capacitive touch screen and supports advanced functionalities for protocol analysis and compliance testing.

• Up to 6 GHz analog bandwidth and 20 GSa/s real-time sampling rate
• Use GaN (gallium nitride) electronic attenuator to replace traditional mechanical attenuator
• Equipped with RIGOL self-developed chipset
