New scope probes Keysight High Z+, passive probes with active probes performance
New Keysight’s passive probes series with up to 1GHz of analog bandwidth with less than 4 pF of capacitive loading. It provides all the ease of use benefits of a passive probe, with the performance generally seen from an active probe.
New passive probes Keysight High Z+ allows to measure high voltage signals up to 1 GHz frequency. Currently three probes are available in this family:

Keysight High Z+ probes are compatible with Keysight Infiniium and InfiniiVision oscilloscopes.
