Keysight Technologies announced the release of four new M9290A CXA-m PXIe signal analyzer tracking generator options. The CXA-m signal analyzer, with a built-in tracking generator, now has 3, 7.5, 13.6 and 26.5 GHz options, making it the industry's first modular stimulus response measurement solution and providing the industry's highest tracking generator frequency coverage.

Keysight Technologies, Inc. introduced the industry’s most comprehensive 10BASE-T/100BASE-TX Ethernet protocol decoders. The Keysight N8825A (for 90000A, 90000 X-, 90000 Q-, Z- and V-Series oscilloscopes) and N8825B (for S-Series oscilloscopes) 10BASE-T/100BASE-TX Ethernet protocol decoders help network design engineers accelerate turn-on and debug of 10BASE-T/100BASE-TX Ethernet networking systems by decoding 10BASE-T and 100BASE-TX Ethernet packets on compatible oscilloscopes with a minimum of 500-MHz bandwidth.

Keysight Technologies introduced the N8834A MultiScope application, which enables engineers to connect multiple Infiniium real-time oscilloscopes to make up to 40 time-correlated analog channels available for signal acquisition. Designers working on high-speed multilane applications such as optical networking, MIMO (multiple input multiple output) antennas, power rail analysis, DDR memory and high-speed serial standards can gain insight faster, save money and improve their productivity by making simultaneous measurements across multiple lanes.

Keysight Technologies introduced three low-frequency options for its E4982A LCR meter. With these new options, the E4982A is well suited for RF inductor, coil and EMI filter manufacturers that are required to perform impedance testing at various frequencies.

Keysight Technologies today announced the addition of two source/measure units (SMUs) to its N6700 Series modular power systems – the N6785A two-quadrant SMU for battery drain analysis and the N6786A two-quadrant SMU for functional test. Both SMUs provide power output up to 80 W.
